    Definition: Dominion Eschatology is the examination of future events through the lens of the dominion mandate in Genesis 1:28 and in Matthew 28:19-20. It assumes the influence of the church will increase on earth until Jesus returns. This view stands against some opposing views which see the influence of the church waning in the last days.     Luke 19:10 says that "Jesus reclaimed all that was lost" in the Garden. That included not only man's sin, but all that was lost including man's right to rule the earth. He affirmed this in Col 1:19-20: "For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell, and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross."
