My husband is in jail and is being persecuted for his once upon a time belief in solvernty. He belived he could hold goverment officials responcible for their behavior. The FBI closed down his investment company. The FBI raided and stoled all computers files and said when leaving “You guys have a good day”. That was march of 2006, then in June 2007, Don Mann and his friend and business partner Ron Groves were arrested in their homes, Mine just happened to be a home daycare when FBI showed up with a swat team of agents with their weapons drawn. imagine all those tax dollars to arrest a non violent man for a non violent alleged offence of wire fraud and putting children at risk and this still has not gone to trial and now the Judge for that case has dismissed himself! and, the FBI agent has assigned someone new to the case. This agent has been taping the conversations of the visitors including wives and is presenting this as “New evidence” during a status hering that was suppost to be about going to trial. Why? needs to be asked, didnt they have sufficient old evidence? in order to make these arresets? and can the USA be concidered the injured party in both cases ? Who exactly is the injured party ? There was no sighned affidavit of an injured person! Don and Ron had sought for financial reimbursement for the loss of the investments and their reputation, and the loss of their homes. Don and Ron sued individuals and not their titles. Don and Ron won by default, that is simply that these individuals did not respond in the time frame allowed by law. Don and Ron recieved judgements agaisnt these men and filed these judgements with the Secretary of state. They were consequently arrested a second time for retailiation agaist gov. officials, obstruction of justice and slander of their title. They have been locked up since sept. 2009 till now with no trial set, no bail, and no discovery on these charges. Their court appointed attornies have not filed ANY MOTIONS on their behalf. They keep putting trial off over and over again just to get these men to break and take a plea bargain. PLEA BARGAINS are all their liars opps, lawyers advice them to do. They were told sept. 30 2009 by Judge hallows that IF they drop their lawsuits, dont file any motions with the courts, and drop their case to be moved to D.C. then the Judge would let them remain free till trials were set.I have all legal supporting documents concerning all that has been said. Isnt this agaisnt our 4th and 6th amendment rights ? Do we as americans even have rights ? Oh, I forgot to add that they were called soverigns, prejuduice agaisnt black people anti goverment, and paper terrorists ! Don and Ron are christians, and have no prejuduce agaisnt other races,If they could be arrested,and locked up then any one can be arrested for their beliefs or for filing suit agaisnt officials. They have been denied DUE PROCESS of LAW, Speedy TRIAL ACT,and they have been given lawyers who are guilty of ineffective council, since they have not tried to get bail for these men, who have families. The court appointed lawyers have not filed a sigle motion to the courts on their behalf. There is alot more to this story, including gov. coruption, cover up. You did a story called guilty by association, that was us. Don and Ron are also Guilty by Association with their empathy of the repubics."
