Soup Goes All Crizzy

Smaller Government Is More Efficient Government
At a time when America’s debt is not just higher than its been but clearly is long long past acceptable http://blog.heritage.org/2012/10/31/whats-scary-federal-spending-per-household/  “”Americans across the country have cause for alarm, because the federal government spent a spine-chilling $29,691 per household in 2012” . 16+ trillion of debt! California may have once led the nation and even the world but the end is near for the tax-borrow-spend cycle of endless tyranny imposed on peaceful citizens. It must be. We must bring this to an end, and replace the old corrupt system with one that is consistent with our Founding Principles. California must lead the way.
Religious liberty is constantly infringed upon by an unfriendly, anti-christian Administration Obama even says America is not a Christian Nation http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tmC3IevZiik we are at the merciless hand of Communist Blasphemer…just ask rick warren http://www.christianpost.com/news/rick-warren-says-president-obama-infringed-on-religious-liberties-85797/ ….he gave the invocation at the inauguration for Obama’s first term but no longer supports the President. America is more gay friendly and murders more babies than ever because of Barack Obama. In a world where Less Americans  than ever believe in our Lord Jesus Christ and terrorist Atheists http://www.opposingviews.com/i/religion/virginia-public-offical-calls-atheists-terrorists are becoming the majority http://www.pewforum.org/unaffiliated/nones-on-the-rise.aspx -.
Something must be done. California must lead.  With Socialists in our state and in our country routinely elected, only by separating and creating a place for conservatives to migrate seamlessly - http://www.westernjournalism.com/liberals-and-marxists-and-socialists-oh-my/   will progress towards the reclamation of America and her Christian foundation be made. It’s time to admit-America has a spending problem!   Government doesn’t need more of your money! And think the Keynsian Fed Government is going to be there in a few years to help? HA!
Jeff stone in his interview with…““The fact of the matter is that the State of California is too big to govern,” the commentary read. “The political priorities of Southern California and Northern California are completely different … The formation of a new state is necessary if drastic measures aren’t implemented to curtail out-of-control spending, and the oppressive overburdening of California’s citizens and businesses.””
cali must and can be saved-cite jeff stone in interview http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iUw9VrIbtWA AND http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kOhAM2OzDAk
Thesis: Splitting CA Will Be A Victory for America's Founding Principles of Fiscal Responsibility, Constitutionally Limited Government and Free Markets.
We will hear from so-and-so about their research into CA judiciary and justice system and why splitting CA would be a good idea. Here are a few of my thoughts: the principle of smaller government leads to more efficient government. Fiscal Responsibility:
If we privatize—
By which I mean, outsource traditional governmental functions, (“ http://www.pfaw.org/rww-in-focus/predatory-privatization-exploiting-financial-hardship-enriching-1-percent-undermining-d   WHAT IS PRIVATIZATION? The term privatization covers an array of actions, some described with other terms such as “outsourcing” or “public-private partnerships.” They can include:
• outsourcing jobs performed by public employees, such as parks maintenance, food service, to for-profit companies
• giving private, profit-making companies managerial or operational control over public services such as the distribution of health and welfare benefits or diverting Medicare and Social Security resources to Wall Street
• diverting tax dollars from public education to for-profit school corporations, including “virtual” schools” as well as religious schools, plus reducing tax revenue by giving corporations a tax deduction for contributing to scholarship funds for private schools
• leasing or selling public assets such as highways, parks and airports – or income from those assets – to for-profit companies or groups of investors”) --
the prison system and outlaw unions we will save massive amounts of money, and if we  use prison labor to draw in Job Creators  http://www.dailykos.com/story/2011/01/26/939001/-Slave-Labor-and-PIECP-All-Authorized-and-run-by-the-U-S-Department-of-Justice-and-taking-your-jobs “of "skilled workers", "profitability", "ninety-four to ninety-six percent productivity every day", "willing and experienced workforce", "available and skilled labor" of the prison industries participating in PIECP.” Also “the laws of PIECP allow for "lawful" deductions to be taken from inmate wages for four (4) purposes.  One of those deductions is for room and board.  The purpose of this is to have inmates pay for some of the costs of their incarceration, and by doing that, repay some of the  taxpayer costs of their confinement.” Yeah!
Strengthen the rule of law and our trust in America’s institutions!
We can work with the American Legislative exchange Council, who shares our goal of “bringing in corporations to administer:

• Foster care, adoption services and child support payment processing.
• School support services such as cafeteria meals, custodial staff and transportation.
• Highway systems, with toll roads presented as a shining example.
• Surveilling and detaining convicted criminals.
• Ensuring the quality of wastewater treatment, drinking water, and solid waste services and facilities.” (PFAW)
Finally, bring back debtors prisons so large Corporations will have a financial incentive to come south! http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052970203710704577052373900992432.html?mod=wsj_share_tweet  “More than one-third of U.S. states allow borrowers who can't or won't pay to be jailed.” There will be no BUMS in Southern California.
In the education arena, a member of our group will discuss their research. Here are some of my thoughts: Constitutionally Limited Government –Personal Responsibility
No financial aid that does not come from private scholarships for higher ed. You want to go to school, ask your parents for the moola. http://www.nationaljournal.com/2012-presidential-campaign/romney-suggests-young-adults-get-loans-from-their-parents-20120427   No pensions or HC benefits for public sector—NONE---that drain on taxpayer, that’s maybe why we have less voluntary charity
Even the Russians acknowledge the failure of our schools and why http://english.pravda.ru/opinion/columnists/19-11-2012/122849-obama_soviet_mistake-0/
“Alas, the schools in the U.S. were conquered by the Communists long ago and history was revised thus paving the way for their Communist presidents.”
But things don’t have to be that way, and they wont in Southern California.
 Edwatch Website
EdWatch (http://www.edwatch.org/)BELIEVES
1. Parents are the primary authority in the education and rearing of children.
2. Accessible, nonpublic education without government interference is essential to a healthy education system.
3. Good education is most importantly about acquiring knowledge and understanding, not about inculcating government-approved values and beliefs.
4. Good education in the United States promotes the American Creed (Principles of Liberty) as defined by the Declaration of Independence and U.S. Constitution, including national sovereignty, natural law, self-evident truth, equality, God-given inalienable rights of all people, the right to life, liberty and private property, the consent of the governed, and the primary purpose of government being the protection of citizen's inalienable rights. The American Creed creates "e pluribus unum" (out of many, one), i.e. people from many nations gathered under one American Creed.
5. Good education accurately teaches the political heritage of western civilization, including the Judeo-Christian worldview, as America's historical foundation.
6. Good education teaches a thorough understanding of the world in which we live, but also reinforces the sovereignty of the United States and American exceptionalism.
7. Good education understands that truth exists, and that it can be discovered, understood, and taught.
8. The constitutional authority over education is reserved to the individual states and citizens, not to the federal government. The constitutional limit on federal powers is an essential part of the separation of powers that protects the freedom of the American people.
9. Early childhood care from birth to five is best determined by the child's parents. Establishing ideological and political child-outcomes and universal preschool is a dangerous expansion of government power over families.
10. Universal or routine psychological screening of students and young children in schools and childcare settings is a usurpation of the authority of parents and a dangerous violation of personal privacy.
Another awful example is this headline from Breitbart ,
Washington Proposes $1 Trillion Bailout for Delinquent Student Loans
www.breitbart.com America’s now-nationalized student loan industry just reached a value of $1 trillion, according to Citigroup, growing at a 20 percent-per-year pace. Since President Obama nationalized the industry (a tacked-on provision of the Obamacare bill), tuition has gone up 25 percent.”
We can’t let this happen anymore. Southern California would nullify any such usurpation of personal sovereignty. http://www.libertyclassroom.com/nullification/ What is it?
State nullification is the idea that the states can and must refuse to enforce unconstitutional federal laws.
Says Who?
Says Thomas Jefferson, among other distinguished Americans. His draft of the Kentucky Resolutions of 1798 first introduced the word “nullification” into American political life, and follow-up resolutions in 1799 employed Jefferson’s formulation that “nullification…is the rightful remedy” when the federal government reaches beyond its constitutional powers. In the Virginia Resolutions of 1798, James Madison said the states were “duty bound to resist” when the federal government violated the Constitution.”
Here is the thing: what a mess education is in Cali. Split up Cali and reduce the duplicate spending that ruins your pocketbook and end the indoctrination into government ideology that is Public school. Southern California will follow Michigan’s lead http://www.dailykos.com/story/2012/11/28/1165527/-MICHIGAN-HOLY-F-CKING-SH-T-Spread-the-word-on-this-NOW
""""House Bill 6004 and Senate Bill 1358: Would expand a separate and statewide school district (the EAA) overseen by a governor-appointed chancellor and functioning outside the authority of the State Board of Education or state school superintendent. These schools are exempt from the same laws and quality measures of community-governed public schools. The EAA can seize unused school buildings (built and financed by local taxpayers) and force sale or lease to charter, non-public or EAA schools.
House Bill 5923: Creates several new forms of charter and online schools with no limit on the number. Bundled with HB 6004/SB1358, many of these schools could be created by the EAA. Public schools are not allowed to create these new schools unless they charter them. Selective enrollment/dis-enrollment policies will likely lead to greater segregation in our public schools. This bill creates new schools without changing the overall funding available, further diluting resources for community-governed public schools.
Senate Bill 620: Known as the ‘Parent Trigger’ bill, this would allow the lowest achieving 5% of schools to be converted to a charter school while allowing parents or teachers to petition for the desired reform model…"""
Our focus will be on homeschool and school choice/vouchers/charter schools.
Some basic numbers that should infuriate Patriots. http://nces.ed.gov/nationsreportcard/states/  http://www.ebudget.ca.gov/pdf/Revised/BudgetSummary/HigherEducation.pdf “Student Characteristics:
Number enrolled: 6,289,578 Number of school districts: 956* Number of schools: 10340 Number of charter schools: 948 ONLY 948?!?!
Per-pupil expenditures: $9,471 Pupil/teacher ratio: 24.1 Number of FTE teachers: 260,806”
All these Damn Government Schools…Whatever happened to PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY?!?!
“Evangelical and fundamentalist children are indoctrinated into what is sometimes referred to as “biblical capitalism,” [i] [16] the teaching that an unregulated market system is mandated by God and dictated in the Bible. Textbooks that preach biblical capitalism blend free-market and religious fundamentalism and promote political activism.” In Southern California, our children will study the proper role of the Bible in our Capitalist Democratic Republic.
When it comes to Social programs, Stacey will enlighten us, but let me just say:- Cali has 32% of welfre, 12% of pop—cite stone in interview
Return to Constitutionally Limited Government!  The overall American economy will again prosper when SoCal puts god first America will survive but this may be our last chance we are not going to punish success in SoCal http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JtCpVhRtlZ4 twice! Barton on tax

-lower rates, broaden base? Sure, but thessolonians…don’t work? Don’t Eat! http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2+Thessalonians+3%3A10&version=KJV “2 Thessalonians 3:10

King James Version (KJV)
10 For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.”  And in Southern California, that will be the law.
Economic issues and natural resources…Trains? Water? That costs taxpayers $, that’s RAPE! Let the free market decide! Use all the dollars saved from not duplicating spending to build towards prosperity!

To Conclude Let the north have central planning and gay marriage, let the North depend on the government for their solutions, let north be beholden to the Unions and the homofascists Scott Liveley ( a pastor known for his work eradicating gayness in Africa) knows so well are intent on taking over society http://www.wnd.com/2012/08/the-strange-strange-story-of-gay-fascism-deniers/  http://www.redstate.com/westcoastpatriette/2012/11/30/homo-fascists-in-california-are-really-pushing-the-envelope/ and believe me, these Liberals want to make sure we can’t pray that gay people either not be gay or realize they are doomed to eternal hell! Defeat the Homosexual Fascist Agenda! Let the odious North ban guns and shun God their Maker; the south of California will accept this no more. Southern California will have no income tax, no minimum wage, only as much regulation as is necessary in a milieu where all share the values of Jesus and the principles of our Founders, a commitment to Fiscal Responsibility, Constitutionally Limited Government and Free Markets.

“Joseph Nasralla and Steve Klein are partners in the 911 Defend our Students project of the Christian Anti-Defamation Commission (CADC).  The CADC is a 501(c)(3) founded by Gen. William S. Hollis in 1999, but was inactive until 2007, when Gary Cass, a former executive of D. James Kennedy's Reclaiming America for Christ, was made CEO.  Since taking the helm, Cass has popularized the organization's anti-homosexual and anti-Muslim agenda, as well as a series of anti-Obama films titled "Seven Reasons Barack Obama is Not a Christian."(RightWingWatch has an archive of posts on Gary Cass and the series of videos.)

The stated agenda of the 911 Defend our Students project is to "defend the students of America from the propaganda of Islam," and has included distribution of fliers to public school students in Florida and California.
